Hello, and welcome to the Pennsylvania Wing Civil Air Patrol Group 4 website. The Pennsylvania Wing of Civil Air Patrol is divided up into seven groups. Group 4 is encompases seven squadrons in the northeast area of Pennsylvania. For more information on the CAP organization, please refer to our links section to learn more about CAP. Basic ES Training Day
